I'm just wondering, has Mr. Julia Fruitnugget been returned yet?

Also as a side note, I think quite an amusing thread could ensue between Thief and Carmen Sandiego, and I would like to speak to her Mun about that at some point.

My apologies to Hotaru!mun, and anyone else I was talking to last night. I was told "We just need the internet for a moment", and when it hit midnight I needed to go due to having to get up at the unGodly hour of 6am.

So. Yes. Ow. Slow-time?

Since I finally finished writing them all up: Desire has Christmas presents for everyone who wants them ... and perhaps a couple who don't.

re: MacGyver and recognition -- it's canon for him to be recognized once he's mentioned his name. So, once he says "Name's MacGyver," it's okay to launch into "I've heard of you! You're that guy with the duct tape / who makes stuff / etc..." if it's IC for your character to do so.

Have fun!

((and yeah - I'll get him backroom posting access sometime here in the near future))

The characters chosen to sing were done somewhat at random. Blame Sleep-Deprivation if you must.

*puts a paper bag over my head* "Tell 'em it was Saph's idea." *Bang*

*bonus points if you get the quote.

Due to problems at home, I may or may not be able to run that big confrontation thread-thingy with Ron on Wednesday the 29th. If I am, I shall post here on that day with the name of the aol chat we're all going to be in. If not, it will be rescheduled for sometime I am back at school, which is oh...the end of January. Ish. If the latter is the case, you probably won't be seeing Sam Vimes, George Weasley, or Seamus Harper around the bar until then, either. I'd think of a good in-game reason for it, but right now I'm in too bad a mood to be creative at all. Anyway, hopefully, I'll see you all Wednesday at 7pm EST. If not, I'll see you sometime in the new year when I haven't got parents saying that being on the computer for more than a half hour (i.e. and hour or two) is "sick" and a sign of "mental illness."

Lupercalia, anyone?

Time was that after the hard work of Saturnalia, which was when all the posh Roman types had their fun, a day was set aside for the servants and slaves to have their turn. This was Lupercalia when even the lowest of the low had a chance to let their hair down and relax.

So how about a night off for the rats? Possibly even a non-Christmassy staff [plus dates] party with the customers looking after themselves for an evening. Bernard? Bigby? Any thoughts on this? Any other staff-muns got any ideas?
