Ben Hawkins: It consisted mainly of a blanket or two (baby sized), one of those gender nonspecific baby jumpsuits and a bottle. (broke me, OMG, this broke me so hard)

Snow: Lots of diapers, both disposable and cloth, a sort of gift certificate for the Bar good for five custom baby outfits, and some home spa stuff - bubble bath, etc, for a relaxing evening away from the baby. (*loves on Snow*)

Richard/Armand: A baby sling in with all the diapers and whatnot for when she starts bartending. (*amused by this greatly*)

Ron: my present will be two weeks of free babysitting. And you can dump the runt on me any time. (*shakes head* *laughs*)

Bernard/Tonks: It's a complete set of A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh books, and a very nice set indeed. Nymphadora found a wizarding edition in Flourish and Blotts; the pictures move. (hands down the coolest gift. I want one sooo badly)

Ace: It's a piece of wood, rather small, maybe only a half-foot high, but it is carved very, very carefully. There's Claire, or what Ace imagined Claire would look like, should she not be pregnant, and in front of her, holding both hands in a death grip as it tries to walk on unsteady feet, is a kid that bears a passing resemblance to its mother. (broke me, Ace-mun)

Yamino: When Richard-san asked me to help with the food and cake today, he mentioned that you enjoyed chocolate and peanut butter, so I hope you enjoy the candies which I prepared as well for a gift. (*squee*)

Sawyer: a plush koala. (Admit it, everyone. This broke you too.)

Faith: the big honkin' three-foot-long Raggedy Andy doll the bar gave her during the recent insanity. (*hugs on Faith*)

Lorelai: (not in thread) All sorts of baby clothes, toys, and motherly necessities. And a baby book.

Tom/Door (not in thread) a pretty mobile for the crib with sparkly dragons that move their wings as they fly

Helen: A large bag of cloth diapers, and a stuffed pegasus toy.

Sybil Trelawney: Prophecy (aka a babydaddy)

I don't think I missed anyone but correct me if I did.

Just so you know, a particular portion of the bar looks like a nuclear weapon went off there. Tables reduced to splinters, burn marks, holes blasted in the floor, you get the picture. All the result of Asmodean eating a brownie.

Just wanted to inform you of this development. Any questions/comments please leave as comments on this post or get a hold of me with my contact info on Asmodean's userinfo page.

Thanks,
Asmodean-mun

Hey all, Henry/Nita-mun here, with two notes and a question. Nita's pretty good with the healing bit, at least physically, so feel free to call on her if there's no one with more experience around. :) She can also take a stab at mental injuries, but she makes no guarantee of success. (Should she go talk to someone about becoming bar staff? Or can she just freelance?)

Next, the (newbie) question: How does one get into the Crackchat without being invited?

Final note: The mun will be without computer access from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, so any threads need to be wrapped up by then or slowtimed. Thanks much, all! I'm having a blast.

As anybody who's known me for a while can tell you, I'm easily bored when it comes to names. (I had five psuedonyms in X-Files fanfic, y'all. It's a sickness.) So as of today, 2ndtour_finland is [livejournal.com profile] bloody_rockgod. I hope the confusion is minimal.

Won't happen again. Probably.

If you have the time tonight, I'd like for Claire to meet Bethany so they can meet before the baby's born.

Er--sorry 'bout Hornblower's extended leave of absense... :(

I have a break coming up, and I was thinking of playing Mrs. Whitaker from Neil Gaiman's short story, "Chivalry," for a few days. 'S about a normal, putter-y sort of widow who finds the Holy Grail in a thrift shop. Check it: [livejournal.com profile] nice_mantel. Anyone familiar with the story?

...and if you are, any good ideas for a Mrs. Whitaker icon?

Then again, I might play Agnes Nutter...anyone have preferences? How long do apps take these days? *bows down at feet of mods, kisses shoes*

Erm, would anybody be willing to participate in the pesky sleeping pills plot tonight? Anyone who'd be available to help Kim out and save Tony...but if not we can delay this until Friday.

So last week in Millichat, business with Rent characters came up, and someone said they were considering apping Mimi. Who was that again? 'Cause I've got a plottish thought in that regard wot would MAJORLY impact her first entrance, and as such need to talk it over with whoever-that-was.
If you could drop me a line (minkhollow at gmail dot com, or minkhollow42 on AIM or YM), that'd be lovely. (Tell you what, Angel is one insistent headvoice. XD)

Ace will be out of the bar until the Sunday after next (possibly the Monday after next, we'll see how jet lag treats me), so have a great week all!
