To anyone who threads with Jack Bauer or Ramon Salazar...BWHAHAHAHA! Y'all should be aware that things are not quite as they seem...Jack and Ramon have switched bodies, due to some nefarious plot of Ramon's to ruin Jack's life.

Thanks to internet suckage, we're playing around with millitime a little (what's new?) - so as of right now, the switch has happened, so feel free to let your pups come be confused as to why their friends/enemies are acting so damn weird.

And...oh yeah, Jack's had his memory tempoarily wiped... *snicker*

Breaking out the AU

I kind of need some help here.

See I love Merry, and I love playing Merry, but LKH's books seem to be going somewhere that's hard to play with. So I am going to make a clean break from canon and move her in a new direction. Namely less sex magic more fae magic.

She's going to have to learn how to do magic without you know jumping someone's bones and all, and thats where I need help. I've been playing her fading from faerie, which is really her addiction to sidhe flesh manifesting in a new and fun way. However this has to be overcome and I was hoping that some people with some magical knowledge and or prophecy could help guide her along to a more..non sexing way of existing.

Does anyone have any problem with this/is willing to help?

With the worsening situation down around the Gulf, I've been getting increasingly worried. More so since I've not heard a peep from a mun or two since Katrina blew through. Therefore, I'm requesting a roll-call.

I'm the new War. I know there have been two previous Wars, but as I'm not them, I don't know with whom War has any relationships, so if she has had contact with you (and I should know about this), let me know, I'd really appreciate it. If not, then it will be fun getting to know you.

And I'd like to apologise to Eddie. She can't help it. Okay, well, yes she can, she just doesn't want to. But no fear! I'm well aware of the rules and will keep it in check.

Next week I join the ranks of those starting back at school. This is a good thing. I think. Jury's still out on that one.

The sad fact of the matter is that my RP time is gonna be cut down by a lot, starting this Monday. I'll still be around at weekends and slowtime is of course God.

So when I'm not around:

Dru is being sneaky vampire, only coming out for blood when the bar is quiet.
Angelina is... busy with work or family or something.
And Helga still hasn't finished her entrance yet so no one is going to miss her anyway :)

Actually, I'd like to get the founders entrance finished sometime this week because I don't know when I'll have time to finish it once college starts. So if the other founder muns can let me know when is a good for them, we can arrange an evening to finish thier entrance.

So.

I'm not going to give any definite dates here, nor am I going to say I'll definitely be offline for them, but here goes-- I leave for Dragon*Con tomorrow morning, which means I'll be out of the house at 7am. (I'm staying up all night. Cati's crazy theory to counter jetlag. Tahiri-mun will see this fail SPECTACULARLY when zombie!Cati meets her on Friday. Yay?)

Offline for a week while I'm in Atlanta (I'm there for a few days after the con, and I still have the Tuesday entirely free, so if anyone wants to kidnap me, go ahead), then packing for uni (alas, not recovering from jetlag) on the Friday, and up to Dundee on Saturday. I have literally no idea when I'll get my computer set up on the network, but, September 19th at the latest, 12th at the earliest.

Even if I get on the 'net randomly, I'm afraid it's no Milliways for me for the next two or three weeks. (No, I'm not sure how I'll cope.) WHAT THIS MEANS, is that tonight (fuelled by Irn Bru) is your last chance to talk to any of my pups. :O!

Wes, as you can see, has an entrance post and is unbound, so, go say goodbye to him, even if your pup's never met him before. The others, well, if you want them, comment/ping/shout in crackchat. (They are-- Ben Skywalker, Tarc, Kyp Durron, and Maes Hughes.) Perfectly available for the next nine hours. :)
