Greetings Firefly fans. The following tidbit appears in Rich Johnston's column at www.comicbookresources.com...

THE MAN THEY CALL ADAM

Adam Hughes wants to get people to see "Serenity," for which he's doing the cover for the collected TPB that bridges the gap between the "Firefly" TV series and the new movie. So he's giving away free artwork to one person who sees the movie in its opening weekend.

If you're in the US, see it on the weekend starting September the 30th, keep the ticket stub and send it in with your name on the back and your name, address and e-mail address on an accompanying piece of paper. All the stubs will be entered into a draw for a fully finished piece of art.

Hi all!

There's a potentially really good but very very underused feature of Ways News Network. Most just use it to summarise their own threads, which is of course fine (no, encouraged! do it more!). But you can also link to OTHER muns' threads. Particularly enjoyed a thread that hasn't been summarised by the participants? Link/summarise it yourself! Everyone wins.

Hey, Millifolken.

My parents have given an ultimatum that I get my internet use under control by the end of the month, or there'll be no internet. At all. So, I'll still be available for threads and such, but I really really want to get them done earlier in the evening. Friday and Saturday nights are good, too -- they're letting me stay up then. Posting during class works, for the periods I'm in the computer lab.

And most of all, if you see me on after 11 Eastern, please yell at me to get off. It will help.
