'Allo, all, just dropping a message for Mitch that his computer is down for the count--it freezes every time he tries to post to LJ. So basically he is completely unable to RP and won't be able to until it's fixed.

Bummers.

Tis' all.

I still exist. For anybody threading with Truman, Venkman and Draco, and possibly earlier threads wih Scully and Giles. Very sorry for the delay. Dang thunderstoms been keeping me offline more often of late. Basically dropping this note before bed. Sorry fellow plotters. I'll try to catch up and tag where I can. Weather's supposed to be better tomorrow. And not stuck with a laptop with a faulty power jack that barely can charge the battery anymore without a lot of tinkering.

Anyway, sorry for the delay, and feel free to ping me about threadages.

So! I was going back through some of my old threads and realized that over the last few months, I have had A LOT of slowtime threads that were never finished for whatever reason. I’m thinking that many of you have the same thing happening (either that, or my pup is the most forgettable character, EVER).

I’m not the type of mun to hound someone into finishing a thread, because it is my hope that the thread is important enough to the other mun to keep track of, and I don’t want to seem like a nag. Still… sometimes notifications fall through, e-mail screws up, RL interferes, etc.

In that line of thinking, I think it might be a good idea to do a bit of spring cleaning, and have a place to post any dangling slowtime threads our pups have, and give the person we are waiting on a gentle nudge, and the opportunity to finish the thread, or say, sorry… can we just let that one go?

Whaddaya think? I’ll start:

[livejournal.com profile] mollyprewett has uncompleted slowtimed threads (just in the past month or so) with the following pups:

[livejournal.com profile] blue_eyed_lord [here]
[livejournal.com profile] un_fallen [here]
[livejournal.com profile] amanda_darieux [here]
Mun can be reached via AIM= too many beaus OR Yahoo= a_is_for_amy

Also, If I am the one that dropped the ball? Please let me know, and I’d be happy to finish any and all threads I’ve missed.

How about YOU?

Matching bridesmaid icons for Isabel, Maria, Meg, Shelley and Trillian at the link above.

I will, uh, do groomsmen ones too -- that is Ford and Arthur and Michael and possibly Andrew Batya though I forgot to actually ask you (and Varec, but he's NPCish). If you want. :D?

Edit: Icons for Ford, Arthur, Michael & Andrew are now there too. :)

So, I've been thinking on this for a while, but do we have a community for Milli-virgins? And if not, could people maybe think about it? A community where people new to Milliways and/or RPing in general can hang out, talk to each other, talk to more experienced people about things? And, of course, where they can ask all the stupid-sounding questions they've kept bottled up. *remembers having to ask what a 'fade' was*

Any questions/comments/ideas? I think it might be a good idea, a sort of place where the muns can learn more about what's happening.

So. Yeah. Let me know!

Holy potatoes, people. So many thanks to the lovely people who LJ faeried Valentine. I really wasn't expecting that, honestly.

If there's anything I can do, ficwise, or firstborn child... I'd be more than happy to.

Love you -all-. Really.
