Excessive heat warning, says weather.com re: where I live. O RLY, says I. I'm beginning to suspect, since I had otherwise unexplained connectivity slowdowns yesterday and today, that my Internets/excessive heat = not an OTP at all. So basically, if I'm around in the afternoon until this blows over, I might disappear at a moment's notice/be lucky to get one page to load every five minutes/not get a tag through for hours.
But I'll be sticking it out, and we can't have triple-digit heat indexes forever.

1 August 2004 - Van Helsing frist entered Milliways. (He's since been retired, but his mun's still around.) He did a lot - saved a cat, talked sense into a vampire... okay, he tried really hard... and some other stuff (werewolf inna bar makin' a mess, anyone?).
Since then, there's been Bob the Skull, Connor MacLeod (also retired), Dawn Summers and Harry Dresden and a plethora of others who have been played and dropped and then Robbie Angier signed on... and I think that's about as many as I can handle.
So - yeah - I don't play all the time, but it's fairly steady (with Harry, anyway) and I'm not going anywhere.
