Hiyas. I adopted Sally Sparrow ([livejournal.com profile] lovesoldthings) over the weekend and I've read the one EP I can find of hers. Did anyone interact with Sally beyond Marian, Sarah Jane or Michael? Hoping to keep her Millicanon intact, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do my eyes deceive me? Is there no daily entertainment up for us poor office shills who might be staring down the barrel of nothing to do (like me >.>)? We* must do something about that! And we shall!

We've talked about odd friendships. Now let's talk odd romantic relationships. Is your pup in a romantic pairing with someone you never in a million years thought they'd hook up with? Or are there other romantic relationships in game between two pups you never in a million years thought would make such a cute couple as they do?

To start: Simon Skinner and Ana Pascal. I don't know--when you consider that Ana, progressively opinionated as she is, fell for Harold Crick, an uptight IRS agent, it doesn't seem too odd that she's paired up ith a 60-year-old serial killer/supermarket manager, but the fact that said serial killer/supermarket manager is Simon Skiiner makes it odd enough.

Sarah Jane and James Bond is another one that seems odd if you don't think about it too much, but given the qualities he liked in Tracy Draco in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (namely that she's resourceful and adventurous), it's not that odd. It's just that Sarah Jane's not your typical Bond girl.

And my pups are not involved in this, but Le Chiffre/Villiers? Has no right to be as cute as it is. BUT IT IS CUTE.

Discuss!

* Not royal "we." Poster is unsure who "we" refers to, as there's only me. I think.

As of this post, Seymour has left notes for his friends - which basically means anyone who had any significant interaction with him, even if said interaction was a few months ago (or more!) when I was able to RP more freely.

He's also left the bar, a much changed man.

I'd like to thank all you Milli-muns he ever threaded with for making his time in-bar funny and touching and special.

pimp post!

Mother's First EP

I have to pimp all the threads here, though my personal favorite is Mother and Bob.  *still laughing at it*

Well folks, it's been a slice, and I intend to keep Danny Phantom in the game, for just a bit longer, to wrap up his story, but Aang's been put up for adoption, and after I do both their exit posts, Seamus Harper, and Ron Weasley'll be bowing out. That'll pretty much leave me with a handful of crack characters that I'll only occasionally peek in with, if I'm feeling silly, and finishing out with Danny and then I think my time in Milliways will be done. I've been losing interest, and getting heavily into comics RPGs.

However, my time here at Milliways has been...well, let's be honest, it's been a roller coaster. There's been squee-filled highs full of comradery and drama-laden lows.

Ultimately, through the best and worst, though, it's always been one hell of a ride.

Ron's last post is here. Get it while it's hot. Harper's will follow soon after and then both will make their final bows and head off into the Wizarding World and the final frontier, respectively.

After that, consider me semi-gone. Danny'll just have a short plot or two, and then he's gone too, and I won't be around much while I'm finishing that up. So I'm sort of considering it a very big exit right here and now.

Ron wasn't my first character--George Weasley was--but he was my longest-running, got into the most crack and plot, and pretty much got more changed by Milliways than any of my others. He's the one that's held the place in his heart ever since, rather like I've held the game in mine, so with him going...well, for me, it's the end of an era.

Thank you for making Ron's run in the game--and my first try at an online RP--such a good one.

It's been cracktastic, people.

*peeks in* Just saying, I've been a little out of it* the last couple days, and won't be tagging with Luke until I get with it again. This would be less vague except I am out of it. Yes. Apologies to those who are kept waiting.

*Someone explain to my body that sleep is necessary, plz?
