A hypothesis, as asked in as circuitous way as possible and via my own characters. Many apologies.

Sallie, after her recent very un!Scooby-Doo like ghost antics, went to the infirmary to get checked out, which eventually happened with Kim Ford. Her main goal was yes, to get looked at, but also to not run into Simon Tam, as that would have led to more questions than she felt like answering. Batya later pinged me with something along the lines of "He could always find her chart, you know".

I guess my question is this: Do you often read other pups' threads (especially pups who are friends with your own) and think of ways that your character could get involved and then offer that involvement to the original player? Or do you more wait to be approached? This goes to spontaneous plot development, this goes to keeping an eye out at other folks' threads, etc etc. It's just something that was in my head.

Hi all, just a quick note to let you know that I've picked up Sun Kwon from Lost. As of this post in the main community, she's starting over from scratch (not that she was particularly active before), but if you have had any interactions with her, she won't know about that or recognize you unless you're one of her canon-mates from early on in the first season.

If you have any questions or if you've had in-bar interactions with her before that you feel are important, please let me know with a comment here. You can also reach me at "notthatspike" on AIM, or follow the contact info in Sun's profile for more ways to get in touch with me.

Thanks!

Hello Greekmuns!

So there's a new guy in the bar tonight -- Felix Gaeta from the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica series. If you're familiar with the show, you might know where I'm heading with this. If you're not: most of the humans in the BSGverse are polytheists. Greco-Roman polytheists, to be exact. Some of the pantheon's more minor figures have gotten elevated to major status (Eos/Aurora and Asclepius are worshipped on par with the Olympians, for instance), but pretty much all of the names and functions have stayed the same.

While Gaeta's not terribly religious? Tagging him with a Greek god would be a bit like God or Jesus plopping down across the table from a Christian and going, "o hai." I am totally not opposed to this happening eventually, but I'd also like to let him adjust to the General Milliways Weirdness (tm) first before dropping that particular bomb on him. *g* So! Please don't sic the deities on him tonight, and in the future, please please ping me at ironic segue (or leave a comment in his contact post) before sending one his way.

Merci beaucoup!

 Hello,

I realize that Christian isn't terribly involved with anything much at the moment, but I wanted to post this, just in case anyone was looking for him - especially since he has a history of joing the Happy Hour threads... ;)

Just a note to say that I'm off to a convention this weekend, so I won't be around much on July 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th. I might have Internet access at the hotel and some down time from convention stuff to do a bit of tagging, but I can't guarantee it.

This is where I'll be, and I didn't know about one of the recently-added guests until last night...

Yea! :D

So... I'll be tagging with what's left of today, getting an early night, and do a bit more tomorrow, but will be running errands and doing chores so we're clear for the convention. I check my e-mail regularly - when I have Internet access, of course - so should anyone wish to contact me for something, that's the best way to reach me: addictedwriter@gmail.com.

See you all later, folks. :D

Yup. I'll probably be the last to arrive at my own funeral.
*facepalms*

Thank you for putting up with me, and my shenanigans, for four fantastic years.
Here's to four more!
A Paradox on every table!
And a sarlaac pit behind every bar!
