gone_byebyeThis is for all the people who're going to be taking the opportunity to shed characters in the move, or who want to retire characters along the way. More specifically, it's for me to handle them properly. Our normal deletion and retirement procedures involve sending an email to the mods so that I can remove characters from people's rosters during app season, but let's be honest- there's going to be a lot more deletions than usual during the migration. Switching back and forth between email accounts to accurately remove pups from people's rosters isn't going to be the easiest thing in the world. So, here's what I'd like to ask folks to do:
- If you want to DELETE a pup during the move to Dreamwidth, there will be a thread under this post with DELETION in the subject line. Tag there and tell me which pups of yours you want deleted and give their journal names.
- If you want to RETIRE a pup during the move to Dreamwidth, there will be a thread under this post with RETIREMENT in the subject line. Tag there and tell me which pups of yours you want retired and give their journal names.
- If you want to ASK A QUESTION, just go ahead and tag the main post. This includes questions like 'who exactly are my pups again?' in the cases of people who've forgotten.
- If you have secret pups or wish to maintain anonymity, e-mail me or ping me via AIM; my email address is camwyn at megaloceros dot net.

ETA: Just a note to add that while we don't/can't/have no intention of mandating individual IC reactions, technically a deleted character is considered officially removed from the continuity of the game.
