Daily Entertainment.

Hey all! Thanks to everyone who put up DE posts last week -- It was one less thing I had to think about while on travel, and it was appreciated.

Now that I am back, have a question inspired by my trip: What is the best (or worst, or most memorable) trip your pup has taken to a universe not their own? I always like to say that Mal's best one was his field trip with Ace to Random Beach Planet, with glowy grapes and naked purple women. :D :D :D I read that thread now, year(s?) later, and I'm still giggly at it.

Hooray! I approve of things being good.

They have nothing for me to do right now. It makes me antsy.

...huh.

Well then.

I'm considering opening up my BigBang and just working on that. It's a Word document. I work with Word documents anyway. And, you know, passersby might not notice that long-form fiction doesn't really look like ad copy.

If you spread folders out across the desk and write either in a notepad or on Post-Its, it looks like you are being very industrious, when you are in actuality writing letters or gay porn.

Uh. Not that I ever did this at my old job, or anything.

I feel like we should write something, or something, given that we are both sitting here thread-jumping and bored at our desks. I have work that must be done/I am doing, though. Hrm.

This is the other flaw in my grand plan.

Uhhh. I know Firefly and Iron Man pretty well? Not to mention, Milliways stuff. Not sure what other fandoms we may share. Or where to go with that. *lazy*

... Ooh. That is difficult. *approving* I write one, you write one? I will probably only get two or three done, tops; am emailing the ENTIRE WORLD. Or what feels like half of the enormous company, anyway.

... I meant going back and forth on the Freudian slips, but I LIKE FIC. It is up to you. :D

Heh. Ironically enough, the bit that comes next in the story is, in fact, porny! \o/

\o/ !

If you do write any, and you handwrite? Just don't drop any of it. I still don't know what happened to a hilariously explicit Post-It (that fortunately had nothing on it that would connect it to me), a few years ago.

Teeheehee.

I bet you totally made someone's day. It's like PostSecret, but better!

Someone, somewhere, has a Post-It, scrawled on front and back, with a random excerpt from a Star Wars: X-Wing slashfic, which probably cuts off mid-sentence where I ran out of room. I fully expect to see it in Found magazine some day!
