Hey all! Thanks to everyone who put up DE posts last week -- It was one less thing I had to think about while on travel, and it was appreciated.

Now that I am back, have a question inspired by my trip: What is the best (or worst, or most memorable) trip your pup has taken to a universe not their own? I always like to say that Mal's best one was his field trip with Ace to Random Beach Planet, with glowy grapes and naked purple women. :D :D :D I read that thread now, year(s?) later, and I'm still giggly at it.

...I think my characters have only had a couple trips to other worlds: Al helping fight zombies to fix the Red Queen, and Weyland in the huge and still-ongoing thread (started in Milliways, then to his journal, and now to hers) going to New York with Melpomene, with much chain-smoking and brooding on both sides.

They should really get out more. Anybody wants a random tagalong to their world, let me know. :)

(And if anybody wants to visit a world besides their own, I can offer up Antony's Rome/Alexandria, Project Quantum Leap, medieval Spain, a low-gravity sylvan paradise, a superhero-parody world where all kinds of mayhem can happen and doesn't count as bad, Tesla's lab, a very dark gods-and-fae Minnesota and the region around Troy in the run-up to war. You want miniplots and quests and things, can do.)

You know, Teja would be infinitely tempted by medieval Spain. But he most likely wouldn't go -- how should Rebecca explain a tall dark strange with a battle axe to her father and her friends and colleagues? He wouldn't want to implicate her with anything whatsoever...

*chuckle* He could say he's from England and I suspect most people would just accept that.

Except her father. He would know who's from England and who is not.-

True... and she wouldn't lie to him. But she could tell him the truth, and he would trust her, since she is nothing if not trustworthy.

Yes, that would sit well with Teja's sense of honour. He would gladly come along in that case.

Any time -- only not on midsummer, and about ten days after. [[Link visible to Weyland's account.]]

Damn, now I want to offer up worlds for field trips as well, except that I generally FAIL at OOMs. Still, let's see what the list involves...

The GFFA during two time periods: 14/15 years after ANH (baby Solo children come free), and forty years after during Legacy of the Force, either on Coruscant or a ship in Corellian space. (Give it a few months and this one could include a trip to a STARSHIP CASINO.)

The others are various places/times on Earth: a top secret training facility for child spies in England (trips here would be for under-seventeens only); Guthrie, Oklahoma circa 2005/2006; Stargate Command circa 2004; an ... island. (Actually, right now, a boat. EVEN MORE EXCITING, I KNOW.)

...now I'm thinking an interdimensional exchange-student program would be in order. And potentially crazy.

It could definitely be awesome. I am in full support of this insanity.
