What casting in TV shows or movies makes your head hurt because of Milliways?

For example, The Jacket explodes my brain every time Moiraine and Raven are onscreen together.

Insulting his prowess would only end in violence though and she'd have an excellent excuse to stabbinate him, so possibly I will restrain him from hitting on her. But yay Halloween for Navy uniform! :D

And then stabbing him after he does it.

...I think even he, with all his self-righteous stubborness and hard-on for revenge, would realise that trying to hunt down X and her friends would surpass 'dumb' and careen straight into 'suicidal'. He kind of has some respect for those claws already, as it happens.

*stares more* I have never in my life seen brown pancakes before but hey, better than six-legged nasties (Ramon would like to interject here and say that he wouldn't be at all surprised to find that X eats beetles, but he's a git so whatever)!

The dark brown is supposed to be the syrup, I think.

It would, I think, be easier to see if I could figure out how to crop the pancakes on the plate in, but I think there is a speech bubble in the way.
