I apologise for Marion's bitchiness. She's fiesty to begin with and, well, Indy tends to bring out her worst. And her worst is pretty darn bad.

My first summary. Here goes...Angua's first few days.

Angua enters Milliways and right away meets Angelo, Snow White, and Liz. After a while talking, she leaves. However, she returns the next day and speaks with Angelo for a bit. She is apprehensive that she won't be able to get back to Ankh-Morpork if she wants to. So, she experiements.

She succeeds in getting to Ankh, but decides to hang out at Milliways for a while anyway. She meets Snow again and goes with her to the newly returned Bar. Now it gets fun...

Angua remarks to Snow how disgraceful Fleur is behaving. Fleur takes offense. A mild catfight ensues. Bernard breaks it up. Angua begins to feel badly, only not really.

Due to the wonders of Milliways time, Angua is also discussing gonnes and exercise with Bruce at this time. And talking and drinking with Penny. She has difficulties with the Bar, but apologizes for hating margaritas and smooths things over. She is also talking with Thom and Alanna about laundry and being a female fighter.

Okay. Now I'm really going to bed. Milliways...cracktastic indeed.

Crowley slips into the bar, gets Dream to remove the splint from his wing, and then heads out back, where he basically jumps off the roof. It works, though.

Ares wanders out to watch Crowley fly, and the demon provides a brief and evasive summing-up of the story behind his mangled wings. Ares tries to convince Crowley to come down for a drink, but no luck. Tonks is discussed, and Crowley warns the War-God to keep his hands off. Ares then talks about kids, makes a terrible pun, and once again tries to lure Crowley down to earth with the promise of alcohol. When, for what is probably the first time in history that a ploy like that doesn't work, Ares heads back inside.

Enter Tonks, stage left. She asks Crowley for a ride, which she gets. Crowley has a new horrifically dangerous stunt today, much to the delight of Tonks. They challenge each other to a flying race, to occur at some later date, and set a dayon which to crushX0r the Minister for Magic. Tonks' arse is briefly discussed, and then Tonks heads inside again.

Cue Aziraphale. Also cue long-overdue poetry quotage (and a melting Sophie). Crowley, by nefarious means, eventually persuades the angel to come fly with him. Naturally, the first thing he does is try (and succeed) to scare the living daylights out of him. Aziraphale is sweet, and Crowley is profoundly ineloquent. The angel's collection of misprinted Bibles comes up, and Crowley makes a delighted discovery. They flirt, just a bit, and manage to seamlessly incorporate it into talk of politics. The conversation then turns to accomodation for the night, and Crowley is mistrustful of the angel's kitchen implements after the Toaster Incident. Little does he know...

The angel suddenly freaks out, and, in quick succession, thoroughly spooks the demon and make him (along with his mun) crack the fuck up. Turnabout, however, would appear to be fair play. Crowley is outraged. He shrieks. It is the funniest thing ever. Eventually, the conversation gets a tiny bit deeper and a tiny bit sweeter. In the end, Crowley being keen to give the angel's flat a wide berth, the two end up sleeping under the stars.

I told Fahye I'd make a go at summarizing everything that has occurred recently between Hob and Lucifer and Billy, since it's in several threads and much of it is behind OOM posts. So here is a fairly bare-bones structure, in chronological order.

A few days ago, Hob is unable to sleep. Lucifer is there, and senses his guilt, and wants to know why he feels he's betrayed Billy. Hob confesses that he has fallen in love with Lucifer. Lucifer breaks him for it. He tells Hob to do what he wants, and Hob kisses him. They go to bed. For those keeping track, it is the first time. When Hob wakes up, Lucifer is gone.

The next night Hob shows up at the bar drinking determinedly. He acts guilty towards Billy and breaks a glass. He and Billy say terrible, beautiful things. Billy confesses that he trusts Hob. Hob tells him he shouldn't, and ends things.

Last night when Hob turns up, he and Billy are already quite drunk. Billy lets him know that he knows Hob slept with Lucifer. Hob says that everything he told Billy is still true. Billy tells him he wants to stop existing, which panics Hob. There is pain. Billy confesses that he can't sleep without Hob there. Hob wants to stay with him till he can fall asleep, but Billy says he doesn't want pity and leaves.

Afterwards Hob finally encounters Lucifer, who says incredibly cruel things and reduces Hob to tears. Hob breaks down into Middle English and tells him he'd stay and let Lucifer destroy him rather than walk away. Lucifer is scathing. Hob says he's ended things with Billy. Lucifer kisses him and tells him that he doesn't love him. Hob trades all claim to Lucifer for the promise that he'll be there when Hob wakes up. Lucifer is pleased, and it's intimated that they go to bed.

Yes, I know. So much breakage. For me, too.

Notes.

In case people miss them or they get lost under a pile of threads, the bar has custody of notes for Raph, Tim, Edward and Andrew Here and they will be recieved when these people place thier next order with the bar.

And with that, Angie is out of commision for the next few days. This is to catch up on much missed sleep and also to give me time for a few projects and personal things I have to deal with at the moment. I will be popping in with a few out of Milliways posts for Angie though and of course to keep an eye on whats going on in the bar. You know I can't keep away from the crack for too long. :)

So, I've been thinking about Bruce's psyche (this is in no way a big surprise).

Firstly, he's a very angry little boy, but he doesn't quite know that yet. It will come to a head eventually, which is why he is waiting for Death (and yes, I know Death-mun is having RL issues, so I can wait). Right now, he suspects the Universe of being a highly unfair place, but this has not been confirmed, so he is biding his time.

Secondly, he is training for something. He does know what, only that it is very important. He's not driven by revenge, per se, but more the desire to prevent what has happened from happening again. Of course, he is eight, so his ideas on the matter are very fuzzy. We'll see if they evolve.

Thirdly, I have realized their is a distinct possibly of him dehumanizing those who have hurt him. Now, but personally and canonically, this is *wrong*, so if anyone wants to call him on it feel free. I will most likely have his psyche do it at some point, but it's a bit early yet for that kind of deep thinking on his part.

Oh, and fourthly? If you're a character who knows what Bruce will become, please don't spoil him. I want to see what happens if he doesn't know and has the possibly of changing (a la Tom).

That's it for pointless character ramblings.

So, since this is my second attempt to do this summary (*#&$@&#$&@^ computer), brevity will be the word of the day. Apologies in advance. Fortunately, the conversations are pretty much all very linear, so if you're interested, just click and follow.

Note: the Tonks-Angelina and Crowley-Angelina portions of this thread were mercifully summarized earlier today by the lovely Angie-mun. God bless you.

Crowley and Tonks (part one) talk about adrenaline rushes, the angel, 'Skandra, and the perks of being a demon.

Next Professor Trelawney puts in an appearance, and amusingly reminds Tonks to beware red-headed men. Tonks is a bit mortified to see her old teacher in the bar, who seems very much in her element and anxious to foretell the agonizing deaths of the bar's patrons.

Finally, Aziraphale himself arrives. He and Tonks have a moment of serious awkwardness, but then happily agree never to speak of it again. With that out of the way, their discussion turns to the upcoming ministerial un-seating and literature. Aziraphale discovers Tonks' continuing struggles with faith, and is understandably upset. She gets slightly frustrated with him, but Aziraphale then tells Tonks that he'd fix the world to make her happy. (*sigh*) She then remembers something else she'd brought along, and returns the remiges to Aziraphale and Crowley. All is right with the world again.

Meanwhile, Tonks and Crowley resume their conversation, or rather, Crowley mocks. There is some rumination on bar decor. Bernard approves. They discuss Crowley's past exploits, and Tonks offers up a slogan. Things turn a bit serious before Tonks leaves for the night.

The angel and demon, of course, also have a chat. Aziraphale does some mocking of his own, which makes Crowley a bit uneasy, but they soon strike a bargain. Oh dear God. Plans are made, and the subtext is really more like actual text. (Bonus points if you can name the show that's from!) They leave to acquire some breakfast.

*posts hurriedly before another instance of spontaneous combustion can occur*

Summary

After the emotion and angst and drinking after Angie found out that John left, she comes down and takes an out of the way table, but is questioned by Ares. There are definitions of OK before Ares joins Angie at her table. They discuss what they are and Ares is rude. He thinks Angie is smart but she isn't so sure. Angie is confused but Ares doesn't help much. She explains apperation and Ares may or may not be coming on to her. Angie isn't in the mood for it though and they eat.

Fast forward to the next day and Angie goes flying to try and sort things out. When she comes in she talks to Snow. She tells her John has left and Snow brings out the chocolate. Millie has been hunting and Angie is impressed. She offers to babysit if Snow needs any help. Snow is a biased mother and Angie brings up Bigby. They talk about Johns reasons for leaving and the importance of home.

Same night, different thread, Angie says hi to Tonks and is still confused. She doesn't blame John for leaving, and it's possible that he still might come back. Tonks gives some advice and Angie reveals she's going home. Angie doesn't know what she's going to do with her life and House stereotypes are discussed: Cedric would have done great things if he had lived, Tonks is one of the best things to come out of Hufflepuff and Fred and George are smarter than they let on.

She says hi to Crowley but nothing much is discussed past flying and a little bit about litterature.

Proff Trewlany comes in and Angie is shocked. Tea vs. Chocolate and Angie doesn't mock Professor Trewlany. Honest.

Over in yet another thread Angie reintroduces herself to Penny and Bob asks how she is. There are kitty scritches to scratch and Bob gets milk. Bob wants his scarf and they discuss home and possible jobs. Bobs ego gets too big for his skull so he needs a new one and possibly a new wizard too. Angie asks if he'll accept a witch and it's decided that if Harry ever gets rid of Bob, then he'll become her air spirit instead.

Over in our final thread, Angie lets Andrew and Meg know that she's leaving for a few days. Meg worries about Angie. There are hugs between the two women and the bar puts up with a lot, but she doesn't love Meg. Andrew is a different matter entirely. They discuss why John didn't say goodbye and Angie wants to know whats wrong with Andrew  (ah where to begin...) and why John was so suprised to find out she's fictional. She questions Johns feelings about her and things should have been different.

Then of course, Angie actually leaves.

Okay, so I joined a bit back. But I only got to do one night of posts before I got sick. (bleh!) I'm mostly better now, and can think about playing my character again... I apologize about disappearing. :(

But... my problem is... how do I explain my character... not being around? He's stuck in the bar, and I was told that if you want your character to have a room you have to ICly seek it out. So where could he have been sleeping, where has he been?

*feels so newbie, but then, I am a newbie.*
