Just a question, because I am curious. How many people with Bound chars actually have parameters for them being unbound? Do you come in with an idea of how they will become unbound, or why they are bound in the first place? Or do you just bind them and figure it out later?

Meme again.

Here.

This is the Five Questions Interview meme.

Please note: If you are doing this meme, please do NOT clog ways_back with meme pluggage, as it has been requested we don't do that no more. Just post meme in your pup journal and link in the comments of this post and we'll test the new system thinger out.

The Current Meme Du Joir is: )

Again, if you are doing the Interview Meme, please plug here in the comments. Is new system thinger that has been requested to avoid excess memeage.

Also, you might want to clarify whether you want questions and all to be IC to IC, OOC to IC, or OOC to OOC about IC.

Everybody's doing those new fangled meme's - I'm a bit behind on the times. So, that one that went around a few months ago, where you can ask the characters questions - go ahead, ask Adam anything.

So. Some people might notice that Blaise is being a woobie and an idiot lately. Cause he really is.

So. Er. The Bar is going to give Blaise an interesting book sometime soon. Which is going to semi-open his mind about a few things. But the book isn't going to be enough.

What I'm trying to say is: I'm looking for someone to hit on my straight boy. Someone who isn't straight. Someone of the same gender.

Please?

Summary!

It's Rent!Angel's first Threadzilla! What fun!
Someone tell me why I write such ridiculously long summaries? 'Cause I certainly don't get it. )

Edit: Or, um, massive thanks to the person or persons unknown who just anony-gifted Arithon and Ako with paid time.

I'd use a happy icon, but I already had one here.

Right.

I am taking deep breaths and being terribly sensible and not flailing in the least. But... you do realise that we are a bare couple of months from the first year anniversary of Milliways?

Hoooooooly crap.

I think it'd be nice to do some things to mark it, either IC or OOC.

Anyone have any suggestions? ;)

Because it is pretty huge and I'd feel guilty if a millichanneller had to try and follow it, here is a summary of the circus plot so far!

A circus in Milliways? Why of course nothing will go wrong! )

So, um.

There's this big research paper I'm working on (having, naturally, put it off until the last minute 'cause I'm an idiot) that's due in about a week; I also have to do a presentation on it this upcoming Tuesday. It's on so-called "cult books" and what, supposedly, makes them gain and maintain so much popularity. Harry Potter's one of the books I'm looking at. So there's kind of a link to Milliways in there somewhere, right?

...right?

*cricket, cricket*

anyway if you could please help save my ass and go fill out this survey you would win my eternal love thank you thank you thank you *runs*

(In all seriousness, though: mods, if you want me to delete this because it's too off-topic, just say the word.)

The new layout with all the links to the side comms is a) incredibly beautiful and b) extremely well thought-out and useful. I can now clear my bookmark toolbar folder of all the sub-comms: there is just one central point of access.

My deep gratitude and kudos to whoever did the new layout! You have the heart-felt admiration of one small purple god of magic and his mun!
