I've heard that there's some confusion over whether he'll return or not, and the answer is no. Tony is really and truly retired now. There are a few people I forgot to e-mail prior to plot and you can blame that on my rotten memory--because I can have something beaten into my head and forget half of it a second later. I didn't mean to offend anyone, but if you must take it out on someone, take it out on my memory.

Hi all! This is (the currently suspiciously absent but working on fixing that problem) viridian, new mun of Rose Tyler. The lovely Cati has passed her along to me so that her Millicanon may be kept intact, and as such, nothing will change for those of you who have interacted with her unless for some reason I just don't know you interacted with her.

Rose will still live at this journal for the moment, though eventually I'll likely switch journals since I've got a Rose journal already elsewhere. Just didn't want to interrupt the mods' (who I believe Cati notified of this switch? If not feel free to smack me down) busy schedules with an adoption/journal change while they're busy with the purge and such, but wanted to let people know before Rose comes back into the Bar.

Okay!

As of this post, Morgan and Ulfin are out of the bar. Ulfin is now retired (refer to Kate for any questions) but Morgan isn't.

She won't be around for a while, as RL is still hectic and I need to sort things out, but she'll be back later. Might be in a couple of months, but she'll back. There is also a note to those who know Morgan and Ulfin.

Also, Aspen and Cyg, I'll email you tomorrow about Stuff.

I'm just floating this as a test balloon, but: would anyone here be interested in a plot in Ray's world involving a master thief, Revolutionary War gold, and the indignant ghosts of several dozen soldiers on both sides of the American Revolution? Much as I have plans for Ray and his world's government again, I'd sort of like to do a little crackplot first- that is, assuming anyone's interested in participating.

Armageddon Plot Post

Yes. You will see quite a few of these in the backroom over the next several days. Bunch o' warning before the quake threads so you know what to expect if you didn't read the Big Post or don't remember the finer points. :D

Today, around 6pmEST, there will be a stronger quake than there has been so far. Everyone in doors, who cares to notice, will feel that quake. It's strong enough that you can't really miss it by this point. Dishes nears the edge of tables may rattle off and break.

What does this mean for the bar itself? Well, behind the bar glasses and bottles of booze will fall and break. This will make a mess. It will not affect bar service, since the bar and kitchen are fine and the Loompas will clean up the mess, it's just to show that things are getting worse. Anyone who has bartending tonight might mention something about said mess if they wouldn't mind.

Aravis-mun? Sometime today, please go to the morning post of the Clock and have Aravis do her accidental sacrifice. :)

World Walkers? Illyria, John Taylor, Rachel Grey, and Ronnie Soak? We need to get together and figure out how they all come together because that needs to happen tonight so they can leave. This also means PLEASE tag our OOM since it's going pretty slow.

ETA: I forgot about the research team. Guys, Roger has a chatroom open for you at armageddeonresearch. He'll fill you in on what you need. I know Giles-mun and Wesley-mun aren't online at present, but Rick and Di, you two can IM Roger or me at some point when you are online so you can get up to speed. :)

As of this, artsmartscarlet is retired.
It's been a fun two years and change playing her, but she's just gone too quiet for me to really keep it up. Also, most of the people she really knew well either aren't around much these days or have left for good. If those few who are still around want to say Jane's come in and talk of nothing of significance, that's fine by me; I don't think she's stopped visiting the bar yet, but she's definitely stopped telling me about it.

Me? I'm going nowhere. Angel won't let me, and there's also still plenty to be doing with Morwen and Imp. (And... well, I say I'm done apping, but I said that before Angel, and before Alexi, and before Morwen. So we'll see if anyone moves in. XD)
